The Planning Portal charge a fixed price of £21 to submit an application through their site, this money goes directly to them.
We are happy to receive applications through the Planning Portal or directly to us using our Word or PDF forms.
For any other way of making an application there will be no new additional charge and inspection fees will continue to be invoiced on commencement.
Our building control fees and charges up until 31 March 2025 and those for 2025-26 which will be effective from 1 April 2025.
