Uttlesford Developer Forum
What the Developer Forum is, future meetings and how to join.
The Developer Forum is a platform to enable us to maintain effective dialogue with developers around planning issues and their experience of the planning service.
The first meeting was held on 11 March 2021, mainly focusing on a Local Plan update but also including an introduction to the
Interim Climate Change Planning Policy
and an explanation of our expectations around design quality and the use of design codes. Q&A sessions allowed a range of questions to be answered, which are reported on the Uttlesford Developer Forum - questions and answers page.
Further meetings of the Developer Forum will be held in the near future, and will allow more time for the discussion of Development Management issues in addition to Local Plan progress.
