Essex Demographic forecasts
EPOA has commissioned a series of demographic forecasts. The scenarios have been defined by different parameters to include migration-led, dwelling-led and economic-led approaches to demographic forecasts.
The project is not intended to produce a recommended or preferred demographic forecast for any area. Rather the approach is to encourage examination of the demography of each area from different perspectives.
