We have a partnership with the Norse Group a company owned by Norfolk County Council to manage and maintain the 3,000 homes in our housing stock. This includes carrying out repairs to your home.

If you have a small repair that is urgent you can ask us to fix it quickly and if we don't do it on time you may be entitled to compensation
If you want to make improvements or alterations to you council home you will need to get permission from the Housing Team

Repair costs that you are responsible for paying due to damage, neglect, misuse or abuse of your council home
If you have a disability or long-term illness you can ask for help with maintaining your garden or redecorating the inside of your home
If you are planning on installing a shed or other outbuilding in your council home's garden you will need to get permission from the Housing Team
