Garden waste weekend skip service

The garden waste weekend skip service collects from different locations around the district.

First collections of 2025

Saturday 1 March
Great Dunmow, Manuden, Chrishall, Littlebury, Great Chesterford, Birchanger, Great Easton / Tilty, High Easter, Hatfield Broad Oak

Sunday 2 March
Thaxted, Stansted, Felsted, Stebbing, Little Hallingbury, Hatfield Heath, White Roding, Leaden Roding

Saturday 8 March
Great Dunmow, Radwinter, Ashdon, Hadstock, Great Chesterford, Newport

Sunday 9 March
Felsted, Stebbing, Little Hallingbury, Hatfield Heath, White Roding, High Roding

If you cannot easily get to your nearest recycling centre for household waste, some parish councils have asked us to provide weekend drop-off points for garden waste.

These are at various locations and times across the district.

Although the skips are operated by us, they are the responsibility of the parish councils and some sites may be subject to change.

You should contact your parish council if you need any further details.
